One member per membership

Frequently Asked Questions

  • First step is to click the button at the top of the screen to create an account. Then, choose one of our membership options depending on the experience you are looking for. Head to our membership page to view pricing options.

  • Great question! Members of all pricing options are welcome to add members of their household at any point. Pricing changes can differ by pricing option so if you have any questions feel free to contact us or complete a Membership Cancellation Request.

    Adding a member involves a proration of the current rate plus a small residual enrollment fee. Removing a member requires the same 2 billing cycle waiting period as cancellation.

    *Alterations are available to monthly memberships only. Semi-annual and Annual memberships cannot be altered once purchased.

  • First off... WELCOME! Once the sign up process is completed, you will be sent an email receipt email with your client ID number, which you will need to to setup your access app on your phone. If you did not receive an email receipt, contact us!

  • Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime but require a 2 billing cycle waiting period between submission of a completed request form and the membership being officially terminated.

    To start the cancellation process, simply submit a Cancellation Request.

  • Our facility is accessible to members only 24/7. Those who do NOT have memberships but are participating in a private or semi-private fitness training session, they will have access via their trainer.

  • Monthly members have the flexibility to FREEZE their membership for up to 3 billing cycles once per calendar year. To request a freeze, complete a Membership Change Request form.

    *Freeze requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to your next billing cycle.
